WET PANTS .......A trouser is a low-lying area that remains wet due to seepage, upwelling groundwater. A low piece of land along a river that regularly floods is also called pants.
Pants can vary from a swampy piece of peat soil to clay soil in extensive floodplains. A heavily vegetated piece of wetland is called swamp forest. Forestry, pilot whales, can take place here. Of course, hardly any machines can be used here. A tractor with a dumper would sink into the swampy ground here.
